Shipping policy

RNG Therapy Card Lounge ships every order ourselves, by hand, the way we'd want to receive it. Here's exactly how it works.

Processing Time

Every order ships within 24–48 hours of purchase. Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday–Friday typically go out the same day; orders placed after that cutoff, or over the weekend, ship the next business day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Packaging

• Graded slabs and sealed cases ship in rigid, tracked packaging built to survive transit.
• Singles ship in toploaders inside bubble mailers to keep cards protected and centered.
• Every order is hand-checked before it ships.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands. Once a package is dispatched to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier — but if something looks off, reach out and we'll help however we can.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It's the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds

All sales of physical TCG products are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
